Thats a huge difference Ryan! So im better off getting F150 keys if im going to do this rather than cranking the stock to max? Where can i get a set of F150 keys? All i want to do it make the front as high as the back so what do you guys think stock or F150 keys?

Cranking your stock keys and f150 keys are the same thing. The ford key is just indexed different to get more lift per turn. Just think of it as adding length to the adjuster bolt to crank it more. If you are sitting stock and you add ford keys, i think you may go too far up and may get cali lean. I would crank you stock keys first.
Agreed. If all you're doing is leveling front to back, you should have more than enough travel with your stock keys. If you decide to run rear coil spacers, you will want to invest in Ford keys, and probably new shocks too. I blew my stock fronts after about 8 months of running the ford keys.

concur, i went with bilstein HD's all around. I had the cali lean for about 3 days while i got everything together for the rear spacer install. Just do the rear spacers and have the truck looking lifted and level, looks mean with some big tires on it.

I just got done cranking my stock keys all the way up and the front is still sagging. Right now i have 36" from the ground to my fender in the front. What do you mean rear spacers? Wont that just make my rear sit higher?

If your front is still sagging then you gonna need ford keys. Spacer are for the rear only for our body style. The go in between the coil the the axle and range anywhere from .75"s to 2"s in lift. I would go for 1" in your case
