Thanks! I really like the new wheels even though its a royal pain in the a$$ to clean compared to the old ones. But I have had it aligned twice, once after the keys and again after I replaced the idler arm & assembly due to excessive steering play. But it cost me $35 & $40 for each alignment.

Well I can be exact for just the swap but about 1mpg loss before other mods. My new MPG with the mods listed in my signature, I currently average 13.5-14.5mpg city n vey minor highway. The highway MPG I just averaged with 4 people and a pile full of luggage towing a 700lb trailer, I averaged 16.75mpg. So I would guess highway could beat 17 will less weight and maybe not running 75-80mph the whole way. I am pleased with the MPG and look of the ride. For the most it is the exact same as stock from my memory.

Looks good Konvict, now i want to reverse mine and take the lowering kit off that i just put on 2 weeks ago and do exactly what you did to it. Where did you get your keys and spacers from. Is it a big plus doing the Z71 rear springs? How much longer did you have to get the 5100s?

Thanks for liking my Yukon! I purchased generic lift keys from ebay and rear gold anodized 2" spacers also from ebay. Searched for specific year to fit the vehicle. I added the Z71 springs to equal the stiffness feel/ride from having the keys cranked. I think the Z71 springs are the same as the Denali/Escalade springs. I think the stock springs are around 15" tall and Z71 springs around 17.5" tall both measurements off the vehicle unloaded. You have to add longer shocks when you lift it because the stock bottom out of stroke.

Front - Bilstein 5100 Offroad Shock: F4-BE5-C153-H0 (Lifted Chevy shock)

Rear - Bilstein 5100 Offroad Shock: F4-BE5-6682-H8 (Dodge Ram shock)

I'm going to be doing the same. Sale pending on my Lowering kit. As soon as it sells, ordering keys, spacers, Z71 springs and shocks

called around and they are having issues finding these shock numbers.... where did you end up getting them at?
