@JimmBrooks So you are running 4wd wheel hubs without the cv axles in them? That is interesting to know, I agree that by looking at them I don't see how the cv axle would need to be in them to work properly.

Yes correct, I have been running my sub which is a 4x4 2speed xfer case lt with auto ride as only 2wd for 2years now. I'm running 4x4 hubs in the spot. The hubs are splined and will accept the cv axels if I ever plan or replacing my dead xfer case. I also replaced the hubs 1 year ago so the new hubs/wheel bearings have 1 year of use on them without any cv axels in them.
