That is a bit too much lift for 285s. You may like the look, but you might not like the handling after raising the center of gravity higher than needed. The rule of thumb is to lift as little as possible to clear the tires you want. You can get away with a 3/4" spacer in the rear. That's what comes in the RC Z71 kit.

I used to run those same BFG 285s on my 2002 LT stock. They give it a better stance by themselves.

That looks like either a 2" level kit with Z-71 rear springs. Or a 3" lift kit , Z-71 rear springs and a 1.5" rear coil spring spacer. Or maybe just a 3" body lift. Tires look to be either 285's or straight 33" tires.

According the owners original post. It has 2 inch rear coil spacers and 285's. There is no mention of what he did to the front, but I'm assuming he just used torsion keys. I was thinking 3 inches in the front.

So would coil spacers and shock extenders with 2 or 3 inch torsion keys be the easiest and cheapest way to get a 2-3inch body lift?

Coil Spacers and torsion keys are the easiest way to get 2-3" of suspension lift, a body lift is completely different. You put spacers in your body mounts for that.
