Lifters are bad, need some help

Hi all! I've got s '10 Yukon Denali with 97000 miles. The 5 year warranty was up back in Feb. Wife pulled into the driveway and engine had just started making the dreaded tick. Took it to the dealer, he confirmed a lifter was bad, and no warranty. Wanted 4900 to fix. Ridiculous....

I'm just going to do it myself unless I can find a decent shop in south KC, Olathe, OP if you have any recommendations?

I have been planning on doing a cam swap in my car (G8 with the 6.0), so I'm pretty familiar. How different is the 6.2?

Does anyone have a link for a good write up? I'm searching and not finding a lot.

I believe the swap is basically the same thing, 6.2 compared to 6.0.
