Most likely need a new lock actuator for the liftgate.

Is this a recall situation? I have read a few notes in the web and looks like a common problem with GM SUV's

Why would it be a recall? I love how people think everything that goes wrong should be a recall. Just because something is "common" doesn't make it a recall. Recalls are for safety issues. Besdies, the "common" lock actuator failures are for the side doors on NNBS trucks.

Don't get mad or upset for something so little, it was just a simple and with no intention to get anything for free. I am new in this forums and just will like to hear what the people who knows everything "like You" got to say

Sorry, that wasn't really all aimed at you. You weren't making demands like many people do, this forum is actually pretty good about not jumping up and down and demanding recalls for everything.

Thank You! My Friend.... You was right , the Lock Actuator was not working, find the part in my Local used auto parts yard and made the change, working perfect now..... hope the last for a few, cost of $100 , I did all the labor myself, very easy.
