Liftgate weatherstripping on 05 Tahoe

Has anyone replaced their liftgate weatherstripping? I have been looking for it on several sites but no one seems to list it as a specific replacement part. Any ideas? This is for the entire hatch, not the window stripping. Thanks

It works but dang over 100 for the rear hatch seal.
