Cheapest suspension lift for 1999 Tahoe 4wd 2 door . Can you buy keys and get 3 inches of lift in the front ?

Yes.

It's not good for the suspension, front axle and steering to lift it that high though.

no.$1000 for a suspension lift or get a body lift

Just do 3inch bd lift, 2 inch crank and 2 inch blocks in the back that's what I'm gonna do
