Is the rectangular Z71 fog bulb the same as the round regular fog bulb?

Sweet, I felt dumb asking about light bulbs since it is such a common question. Thanks for posting this!

So, question. I just ordered sylvania silverstar ultra bulbs for the highs (9005), lows (H11), and the running lights (5202). Now heres my problem, sylvania doesn't make a fog light bulb. I've seen a few sites and on ebay that say that highs and fogs are interchangeable. Is this true? If not that sucks that I cant get matching fogs... Can you guys recommend something that will be very close to them. Thanks for the help.

4157LL 3157LL will not last as long since it's low rated voltage of 12.8 while the 4157 is rated to 14,3vdc aka truck rated I put zevos 194 very very bright.. for the lic plate lights
