Line-x idea/question

Im thinking of painting my chrome bumpers, my new fender flares, and the bottom portion of my doors(where the two tone starts) with some type of line-x or a textured paint...im also debating on painting my brush guard, exhaust tips, receiver hitch and maybe some of the under carriage like the frame and axles...ive seen a tahoe that had a textured paint from the factory((i think) and it was more of a sand paper texture...

Has anyone done this and if they have do they have pictures? Also what problems did you run into? Did you have to prime the chrome bumpers?

Please post pics you have done this or if you have seen it anywhere.....

I like the look of that sem paint...i also like the how it comes in an arosal can...

What type of prep work needs to be done???

Should the bumpers and fender flares be taken off or do you just tape it off???

Will it stick to the plastic grill???
