Listen to my Head Valve Clicking. What do you think?

i just did a head job. new Cylinder #2 exhaust valve,

I just adjusted the Valves Factory Spec. and Still Sound like ****.

At least to me.. i don't know how this car suppose to sound

it has 132k. i never really drive this car so i have no idea what it suppose to sound like..

What do you expert/guys think?

Its a 07 Civic 4 Cylinder 1.3L
it sound like a Diesel to me.


By the way.. i got my Eye on a Lifted 2 Door Tahoo.. I kinda like it. i migth buy it.. I miss the Tahoo

URL is incorrect. Perhaps a lifter got contaminated in the proccess.

Buy the lifted 2 they are getting hard to find I think. BUY BUY BUY BUY BUY BUY BUY BUY BUY.....Got pics?

i fix the link. now it works

I did adjust the Valve Correctly.

I adjusted the valve when there is no pressure on the Rocker Rocker up all.

someone told me that the it could be a Piston Slap.. i have no what that mean?

Sound like it but when engine gets hot and sound does not go away they you may have a damaged bearing. Read this to understand piston slap.

CamShaft Bearing.. I hope not..

As for the piston slap link. thanks.. it was a very good information.



i will go ahead and research what can i do to fix this problem before it get anyworse.

My suggestion was a rod bearing. Sorry.

I just Finish checking my Engine COmpression Check.

its all 240-243 PSI. average.. WOW

Now i know why its knocking alot.. i need to put higher Octane Gas

its a 1.3L 10.8:1 compression ratio


How do you read 10.8:1 compression ration?

Only use the higher octane if stated by the manufacturer.
