Little help identifying a part

Hey everyone. New yukon owner here. I bought a 2003 Yukon XL SLT about a month ago. So far I've found tons of great help on the forum, but I ran into this part when changing my stereo. It's attached to the antenna wire, with a couple adapters, and has wires going down and to the left under the steering colomn somewhere. Any ideas? 20170107_111304.jpg

No part number, just a sticker that says "ok". To the best of my knowledge, the Yukon doesn't have onstar.

No input jack that I can find. Nothing shows up when my phone scans for nearby Bluetooth devices...

Looks like they may pass behind the fuse block and back up towards the a pillar. Rear entertainment center maybe?
