Little help identifying a part

Hey everyone. New yukon owner here. I bought a 2003 Yukon XL SLT about a month ago. So far I've found tons of great help on the forum, but I ran into this part when changing my stereo. It's attached to the antenna wire, with a couple adapters, and has wires going down and to the left under the steering colomn somewhere. Any ideas?

I don't know, does it have any part number on it. Early on star or fm converter (lol) interesting

No part number, just a sticker that says "ok". To the best of my knowledge, the Yukon doesn't have onstar.

No input jack that I can find. Nothing shows up when my phone scans for nearby Bluetooth devices...

What's under the steering column "somewhere" where you said the other wires run?

Looks like they may pass behind the fuse block and back up towards the a pillar. Rear entertainment center maybe?

Could be. You have it still back there? If so, which one is it?
