SAS = Solid Axle Swap

I have looked into this to, only for a 2wd.
Conclusion = Custom is the only way to go. I dont think anyone makes a LT kit for our trucks, 2wd or 4wd.
Remember, LT suspensions widen your track width dramatically.

Doesn't Matter
Look into getting CV Shafts from these guys, http://www.rcvperformance.com . They're a little pricey but they'll about double the flex you'll get from your joints and they're telescopic. I have them.
For long travel stuff. Go here, http://dezertdimes.com/ . They are mostly just pre-runner style S-10's but they should be able to answer your questions or point you in the direction to find it. If you're in the So Cal area you may even be able to find some one who is willing to custom fab some stuff for you.
I thought about going long travel with my truck when I got to California. I've decided instead to invest in an S-10. Especially since my Tahoe has been nominated as the official DezertDimes.com recovery vehicle anyways :cool: .
