Long tubes for my denali

are there any brands that offer a bolt in solution for the denali. all im finding are long tubes with y pipes that fit the 5.3 engine vehicles, i cant seem to find any that have the two head pipes that fit directly to the denali muffler.

any other options besides make my own pipes or swapping to a non denali cat back?

for those that dont know. the denali exhaust Y's together after the muffler.

2005 but i would suspect all the GMT800's have the same exhaust setup on the denali.

if you go to kooks website, they list both 1 3/4" and 1 7/8" headers but no connection pipes when you select the 6.0 engine option.

ARH and Kooks are the ones to my knowledge that are guaranteed to work for 6.0L 4WD/AWD vehicles with the dual inlet mufflers. Most others use the Y pipe like you've already figured out or have clearance issues.

To play devils advocate though, you could get cheaper long tubes al a carte and have a local exhaust shop make some mid pipes that'll go to your denali muffler for far cheaper than the price of ARH's and Kooks, but the quality of the long tubes wouldn't be close to those two brands.

Buy the cheap longtubes and Y, and swap the mid section and muffler to a single in/out OR have a muffler shop make it all fit with the stock muffler.

I went with American Racing Headers on my 02 Denali and it was worth the cost IMO. They fit perfect and you'll find out on the Denali there isn't much room so they need to be perfect. The midpipe sections also are easily removable for maintenance like pulling a trans pan ,etc. Super high quality, fit and finish. They have the two pipes all the way back to the stock muffler where they mate up perfect.

I thought Kooks makes a set for the Denali? You can call and ask them to verify.

i may need to call. on their website all they show are the headers themselves

Not sure how you were looking but I entered for a 2003 Yukon 1500 with a 6.0 engine and there they are, catted and non catted.
Edit: I went back and read that yours is a 2005 but the ones I linked are for 2001-2006 so they will work for you.
