I have 2002 with 340 000km.
List of purchases for truck I can think of.
Replaced one seized rear caliper.
Replaced fuel pump.
Knock sensor. Did both while I was in there.
Plugs and wires, good tune up on a truck like that is wise.
Fuel filter.
Transmission
Both front wheel bearings
Needs a new weather seal.
Needs a new power steering pump
Needs new u-joints
Needs new ac compressor
Needs new rear lock cylinder
Needs door bushings
Abs is currently unplugged as it acts up

We have an '04 Z71 and haven't had too many issues with it in the year + we've had it. It has about 138k miles on it now.
Had to replace a water pump due to a leak, which turned out to not be the problem. Other than radio buttons chipping that's the only issue we've had with it.
As usual, the later in the model run the more bugs get worked out. Also, everything has electrical glitches these days at high miles.
