Something like this...

This one allows you to use the stock backup camera with an aftermarket HU.

What are you trying to accomplish?

Factory backup camera to aftermarket HU OR aftermarket backup camera to factory HU???
Aftermarket backup camera to factory headunit but need the whole plug so I can have a lot less wiring

Then I think you actually need the exact opposite plug. The one I posted is a male RCA that has a female connector for the trucks factory camera harness to plug into.

You need a female RCA that goes to a male harness that will plug into the back of your factory HU.

I'm not certain if that is available without making it yourself.

If you have a U-pull it yard close by you could snag the brown plug from a factory dash harness and then solder on a female RCA.
