If your into the prerunner/tube style you could probably have a shop build you one for less them some of those plate steel bumpers cost. I personally prefer tube as I have seen those plate steal bumpers get destroyed when actually use, both a road armor on a dodge and several ARB bumpers.

Emailed Buckstop. Apparently they are stumped on it too. They gave me the install instruction to investigate. But it doesn't have any dimensions. I don't know how to attach the file. I can send to anyone interested if you PM me.

I sent an Email back asking for dimensions along with other info.

I don't like the way the tube bumpers look. I've seen those fail too. Hell, I've pulled some apart and bent some with my recovery strap.

For those interested. Here's a copy and paste of my Email exchange with Buckstop.
-----------------------------------------------------------------

Dorian and I just did a bunch of engineering research on this
application and we do not have anythign that is going to work on this
aplication.

To make a bumper for the 99 Yukons, we have to take a normal C2 for a
Tahoe, sport cut it and body lift mod it to fit around the headlights
on a stock Yukon. Add in your 3 " body lift and we are out of room
to make it happen.

Sorry we cannot help you out. Good luck

Kris

Thanks for that. Could you send me the info on the dimensions of the
mounting surfaces. Distance apart and sizes of the frame mounts?
Your Email says production time is 3-4 weeks. Does that mean each
bumper is fabricated for each order? If they are would I be able to
order the bumper with off set frame mounts? My truck has a three inch
body lift. If I could get it from you guys with this off set already
on the bumper I won't have to cut and weld the mounts myself.
I have other people who are interested in this info and I'll be sure
to pass it on.

My hunt is not over. I'm going to talk to a friend of mine who is a fabricator. He usually does the tube steel stuff for the pre-runner scene out here. I'll see if he can do anything for me with plate steel.
When my hunt is over, I shall share the spoils with you fine gentlemen.

Update:
My fabricator friend, after I told him the situation says, it'd be no problem. I'm glad I remembered I know this guy. After we exchange more info and price, I'll let you guys no whats up and pass his info, for those out there interested.
For those interested, if you ever travel over to dezertdimes.com, he built a couple of those trucks.
A few examples of his work.
