unknown at this time.
vertical mount fog switch should be gm 15742071 $38. for the bezel, only one part number still in production and is listed as paint to match gm 15748651 $160 and is good for 1997-1999 OBS Tahoe/Yukon.

David,
Take a look at post #9 in the link you directed us to.

Their are four possible vertical plate combinations.
part numbers are listed below, not sure if they are still available.
should be around $12
15696254 Upper bezel, 3 openings, keyed, top & bottom larger
15696252 Upper bezel, 2 openings, bottom pos blocked
15694888 Upper Bezel, one opening at bottom
15694884 Upper Bezel, no openings

the fog light switch I belive is NLA but the pn is
15738877 MY 98 – 2000 Fog Light rocker

15742071 is the DRL daytime running light off/on switch
15748561 is the overall dash bezel

I've never seen one in real life, but in my quest to add stock foglights to my truck I learned way too much useless info about the foglights/bumpers/harneses/switches and foglight buckets.
I believe they were optional on 1999 Denalis/Eskys and the larger trucks like 3500.
You can google the PN and Drivewire.com will show a picture of the DRL switch, I'm not skilled enough to capture and post the pic myself.
