Looking for a specific Yukon XL Denali bumper guard

I've scoured the internet looking for any information on a bumper guard I saw on a 2007-14 Yukon XL Denali. Here is a link to an image I found on the internet of what it looks like.

Anyone have any idea on who manufactures it? I really like the look of this compared to others I see. Hopefully I can find someone who can point me in the right direction!!! Thanks in advance...
