If you need to replace fasteners, here is the info:

Both front and rear panels have 6 of the white fasteners #11519031 and 4 blacks. I don't know what the part # is for the black ones.

The stealership near me was a no-no on this part. They wanted $10.32 for each one.

If you are replacing the smaller fasteners #11519031, that is pictured on the left. You can see the difference.
If using ebay or amazon make sure the size matches, using the part # alone does not mean you will get the fastener on the left. I searched for #11519031, ordered what I thought was #11519031 as it stated that # on the listing. And the fastener on the right is what showed up and it doesn't fit.

It's very common for the white fastener plastic holder to break and you won't actually see the 6th fastener (labeled)

For whatever reason, when I searched for these fasteners on ebay and amazon, the correct ones never came up in my searches. I've edited the original post in case it helps someone in the future.
Looks like that number replaces at least 4 others.(

11561854, 11589089, 15076791, 15931605,) Probably have to make it work or find one for a different make of vehicle.
NAPA has a identification book for these fasteners. Oreilly has has 8 pages of "multi-function," retainers that are not listed as vehicle specific.

very helpful, thank you!

When I look online at dealerships, I see the blue colored clip.
I'm thinking it's an updated part..

I bought some from ebay that look identical and work well, -EXCEPT- the plastic is harder.
Pulling parts back off will pull the fastener out of the part, leaving it in body.
Then removing the fastener from body with pliers, will crack it apart.
(plastic trim removal tool would bend and I don't have a standard metal tool)
Left more yellow one cracks, right one says 'POM'. Have not tried right one, but it looks closer to factory plastic.

OEM is more pliable, pops right out, won't mess up your parts and usually reusable.

Think I will try those blue ones next if I ever need more.

There are two different fasteners on these door panels. The white one and there are blue ones also.

Do you happen to know the part # for the larger ones? Mine are black, not blue. Maybe mine are aftermarket and were already replaced.

I'll add the part # to the OP if you have it.
