I'm pretty sure i've seen a write-up with pictures on how to fix the elements but i've bee searching for the last hour and can't find anything that details how to fix the element!!! PLEASE HELP!!

yeah i found that thread... but he didn't show how to fix the heating element... he just bypassed the bottom seat element so the back seat element would work... I know i saw a thread awhile back that showed what under the leather looked like...
