$180, if I recall correctly. A bit expensive IMHO as it's a really straight forward install but I didn't have much of a choice without a lift handy.
Thanks for the heads up. When you did the tow hooks did you have to drop the front bumper or were you able to go from under neath and un clip everything.

I was able to go under and unclip everything for the fascia but I did break a couple of the clips on the "eyebrows" above the fog lights. I wish I had waited to do the tow hooks when I did the grill as it would have been much easier to do while I had the front bumper cover already removed, however it isn't a tough job even when crawling underneath and doing it all. Just takes a bit of patience in not breaking the clips.

Regarding the 'tow hook facia' - Does it retain the ability to block off the fog light openings? In different words; does it come with the fog block offs installed or could I use the block offs from my regular non-towhook bumper facia and move them over?

Thanks much!

If I remember correctly, you can move the block offs from your old and put onto the new one.

You're welcome.

I did not pull off the entire bumper to install the hooks and fascia. However, because I didn't I did end up breaking a couple of clips on each side by the eyebrows. You can't really tell that they are broken though.

Yes, the original fascia did have what looked like cutouts and I had originally actually cut those out to do the install of the two hooks but it looked terrible and it left some of the wiring exposed so I ordered the proper fascia part to go along with it and it looks a million times better.
This was very helpful, thank you! I plan on doing this for my 2018 Tahoe LT but I don't have fog lights... I wonder if the fog light delete panels on my current fascia would need to be transferred or if I need a different part?

I transferred mine over. And trimmed the black, below-bumper 'snow plow'.
