Looking for Used 3" Lifts for my 2001 Tahoe

Aside from an exhaust build I'm preparing for, I'd like to mount a spare tire to the roof area. No rim. Just a spare tire at the same time I purchase new. Any ideas for a kit or just mount it to the rack with straps lol...
