Thanks. Also noticed the gas mileage is better with the Tahoe. Now just trying to decide a 20 or a 21

the 2021s are night and day better than the 2020 and older model. The 3rd row is actually usable in a 2021. The ride is awesome also with the independent rear suspension. I had both side by side when I sold my wife on the 2021. Compare and see what you think.

In five years, the resale value on an old body style 2020 Tahoe will be much lower than a new body style 2021 Tahoe.

Except when it’s got 600 miles on it and won’t start as it sits at the dealer.......

Nope, James is right. The 10 speed was available in 2018 in the Escalade, Denali and RST.

You have a 10-speed in your Denali right? Now I see 3 different RPOs for 10-speeds, maybe they are different models, I see two 10L80s and a 10L90. Maybe the guys with '21s will share their RPO code for the transmission?

What they're trying to say but not saying is that the 10 speed trans (far preferrable to the 8) was available in some trim levels as far back as 2018, but your run of the mill Tahoe didnt' get it until 21.
