Looks and performance upgrades..

What do you consider to be the essential upgrades for each category?

I think wheels make the most dramatic difference to any vehicle's appearance.
Performance wise, I'd go with exhaust, intake, and pcm tune at the minimum.

Imo, these would be the tops in each category .
looks - wheels, drop, moldings/badges, lighting, tint
performance - intake, exhaust, tune

I agree with both of these two.
+2 on wheels being the first looks modification to be done.
+2 on intake, exhaust, and pcm tune being the first performance mods.

Looks - Rims, Tint, and Suspension stand out the most are first site

Performance - Intake, Exhaust, and Tune will be your biggest quick gains

next= wheels and tires. Nothing draws more attention than new wheels, plus makes you feel like it's a whole new truck.
Next, in your money increments, CAI, muffler, and tune.
