loose plug ?!?!?!?!?

ok guys I just picked up a 97 2door Tahoe LT 4X4. pretty well taken care of and im only the 3rd owner. did a full detail on fri to get to know her a lil better, then started the replacing the miscellaneous front sys parts (upper/lower ball joints , idler/pitman arms, end links, inner/outer tie rods, shocks, and break pads just because) All this leads me to my question last night when I was getting ready to put her back on the ground, I noticed a random orange plug hanging down on the drivers side ( between the engine/wheel and firewall / front axel ) my brain was fried by the time I found it so there was no trying to figure out where it went lol. any one know what it is and where it gos?

I will try to get a pic of it in a bit (still cold out there lol) the wires are wrapped in a silver heat wrap. and the plug is orange with 2 pin holes in it

ok just got out there and traced the cable and it is defiantly the block heater plug. ummm WTH? the truck was bought new in Louisiana. why n the world did it come with a block heater on it? that is odd

Mine has one also that you can tell has never been used. Go figure
