I've noticed when I hit a bump the rear end feels like it wants to break loose if you know what I mean. The front handles it fine but the rear sort of wants to fish tale . Is this common because of the truck being a XL and no weight back there?? or is it possible that worn parts in the rear may cause this feeling?? If so what should I replace?

Do you have auto ride? My yukon has it and when i hit a big bump it seems to do what you`re explaining. It only happens at highway speeds.

I have been in a non auto ride tahoe/yukon and it doesn`t happen.

Sure do have auto ride and same here only hwy speeds. I'm wonder if leveling out the rear and adding a thicker sway bar with poly urethan bushing will take Care of that....

I think autoride gives a smoother ride but there isn`t a huge difference to me.

If you ever wanted to eliminate the autoride you can always install regular shocks and if i remember correctly just remove a fuse to disable the compressor and any trouble codes.
