Loudest exhaust?

Headers to straight pipes will be the loudest and also crappiest sounding.

Headers.... Corsa and electric cut offs.. So you can dump out decibels and still be passing inspection..

I had two flowmaster single chambers on my old 94, 3'' in 3'' out, dumped. It's really loud but the drone gets old quick

dual magnaflow strait thru with hollowed cats, had to take them off they were so loud.

If you want loud go with a new muffler and have the exhaust dumped, that's what I did with mine at idle its loud but not that bad and at WOT its sounds pretty damn nice and I still have the cat on it
