OK I'm still looking to bring the front up to stock height. I noticed I am riding on the bump stock, is that normal?

Yes, that's not a 'bump' stop, it's a 'jounce' stop. It's the fulcrum point for the front suspension and helps the frontend stability. It should contact the lower control arm at ride height.

I appreciate the info. What would I need to purchase to restore stock height at the front, considering the parts I've already installed:

Upper and lower control arms
Shocks
Tie rods
Sway bar link

Looks to me, stock keys and adjustment and that should bring you back up
