Hey guys, I have a 2003 Denali XL that I'm getting ready to lower. I have already purchased the 3/6 drop and adjustable panhard bar from Tony. I'd really like to be at 4 or 5 in the front. I know that there are a few options to get it lower but what would you guys suggest? Also I have got a set of 24x10 +30 wheels and I just ordered some 305/35/24 Nexen Rodian tires. Do you think I will have issues with rubbing with a 5/6 drop?

Thanks in advance!

yes you will have issues. Now if you go 4 or 5 in front you will need 295 30 24. Give me a call and i can go over all this on the phone with you. Trust me if you do the 3/5-6 on 305 35 24 will fill the wells nicely and you will be happy with the look. Do that first before you go lower

Same as what tony said that low on a 305 is big rubbing. You will def need a 295/30 if you plan to go 4-5" in front

My old 04 with a 5/7 drop had some rubbing on a 285/45/22

Thats what I'm wanting. I love how that truck looks. I guess I should have included this originally but I do occasionally tow with my Denali (boat & car trailer). Would that still be ok to do with that small of a sidewall? I was originally going to get 26's but wanted more sidewall.
Do you mind me asking what your lowering kit consisted of? Did you have any camber issues?

Sorry for all the noob questions. I have searched, but there is so many options that it starts to get confusing. Thanks again for any and all information!

And where exactly is the rubbing? Are we talking fender liners or getting into the fender or frame?

For towing on my springs you will need airlift 60742.

you can do a 3/5 kit on a denali my set up and tow perfectly fine wiht helper bags. Also you can keep the oem autoride system going and use that to help with towing

the kit for your xl we have 2 ways of doing it
1) get rid of autoride and use helper bags will still be fine
or
2) use front keys/spindles for 3 inches and then do my kit in the rear

the front kit on way #2 doenst ride as well as #1
