LR Window dropped down into door

My bride called shortly before I left the office yesterday. Her LR window dropped down into the door after she stowed her bag of books (7th grade Science teacher) and shut the door. The RR window did the same back in 2019, so figured the regulator on that side had likely broken too. The white nylon gets brittle and eventually breaks, usually failing when closing the door or hitting a big bump. Sure enough, found the same failed mechanism after pulling the door panel. Fortunately O'Reilly's had a Dorman replacment in stock (DOR 741-390). Picked it up and R&R'd the old unit in about an hour. New unit works great!

They all come with a L/T warranty, so shouldn't have to buy another. Oddly, neither front window has suffered this fate yet... time will tell!
