Just not a fan of magnacharger. More of a centrifugal charger fan. They make more power and most kits are cheaper than magnahargers. At least with my experience from ls motors. And there is a bit of upkeep on superchargers. Most people don't know but you have to be aware of how it is acting. It's not something that you don't pay attention to.

I give up. Best of luck with your build.

Actually the new TVS blowers from magnacharger are pretty damn efficient on LS motors. I have a centri on my Vette and next time around I think I would go with a maggie.. There is a guy on the Vette forum with 130k on his 2010 callaway thats had a Maggie on it the whole time. If I could buy a complete kit cheap I would do it over a motor swap. You can even remove it and sell it down the road.

You don't need the transmission. Yours will work with it. :)

Work yes, but if I read correctly and he has the 5.3 right now than he has a 4l65e correct? That trans will not last behind a 6.0 let alone a 6.2.

Also to the op since you seem to have all the right answers and know everything than go ahead and put the motor in. You have disagreed with any advice that anyone has given to you. I bet you won't even do the swap.

I thought the 2010 has the 6-speed now? Could be wrong.
