Came with Duratracs stock but at 8000 miles were too noisy for me. Had Michelin Defender M/S put on. Hated the squishy ride and handling. Tried all pressures no likey. Shop has 30 day satisfaction guarantee. Put the BFGs on and paid the difference and love ride. They work just right with z71 suspension. No more noise than a street type AT.

Keep the air pressure up in them, 40+ to 50 psi for a 1/2 ton chassis or they will wear quickly. I fooled around from 30 to 50 psi and 50 is best. 42 psi is the minimum amount to exceed the rear axle capacity on mine. Still wore a little too quickly at that setting.

I run 50 psi in the winter to help with the footprint/traction and 55 all summer. I have almost 25k on them so far and there is at least 2/3 tread left, whenever these are done the same thing will go on to replace them.

They do great in the snow!

Those look great. Was just searching for wheels/tires for my yukon. Want to go chunky tire and black rims. What kinda wheels are those?

Those are stock z71 wheels. I forget the number. Look up z71 midnight. You'll see them.

best tire ever. i used them for 12 years on both my new pick up trucks. i plowed with both trucks, never got stuck other then a few time i got high sided, and no tire works if its off the ground lol

i was always pulling out stuck fords, best part of the storm.

they do hum pretty good on the hwy, but that never bothered me at all.

like others have said, run them at full psi, also rotate them every other oil change if you do 3,000 miles oil changes. if you dont your wasting your money. the fronts get cupped and all ugly from the ifs set ups, when the rears hit the front its like you just got an alignment.

and never spin aka smoke these tires, if you can even break em free when dry, they stick like glue. point is you spin these they smoke and melt and the tires gone real fast. very soft tire. so if stuck in the snow, like really stuck, wait for help, these tires are not cheap.

if you get 50,000 miles out of a set you did every thing right. most wont make it past 30,000.
