Hi. New member here. I traded in my 2008 Jeep Rubicon for a 2011 GMC Yukon XL SLE 4x4.....absolutely love it.

I have been debating on lifting her (CCM kit, etc)....and likely I will soon....but I was wondering if anyone has put LT285/70R17 (looking at the Michelin LTX 121R) on their Yukon/Suburban without a lift/leveling kit?

If so, were you able to do so without any rubbing issues?

Any significant loss in MPG?

Any other issues/thoughts?

Many thanks.

I had my current wheel and tire set up on with just a 1" leveling kit with no rubbing at all. Right now I run the 2" rough country leveling kit and a 1" rear spacer.

Thank you for your thoughts.....I decided to order the LT's in the factory 265 70 17 size since I am about to be moving and don't have time to deal with any possible issues that may arise from lifting.......unfortunately my old tires are to the point where they are unsafe and I can't wait. Thanks again. :)
