"This masculine body type is a cross between somewhat muscular and overweight physiques.
"...with references generally skewing toward a positive and light-hearted tone."

~~Intro~~
If you would indulge me with the above reference, I would like to explain why this Muffler has finally turned my Suburban to the perfect setup I was looking for, mirroring most of our physiques.
Its big, its comforting, reliable, and wont quit showing up at little Johnny's soccer practice.

In a sea of vanilla Crossover, Our Suburban stands out fiercely shooting out loud: Look at us.
As with most others Nouveau Riche Chariots, it is now adorned with 22" Wheels and tires, but a true Truck Guy will recognize the subtle level kit, the mild All Terrain Tires, the PPV Air Deflector, The OEM Black Mirror Cap.
Now All it needed was a little bit of Aural Presence augmented by a large Tip. So, Is this review the best ever trolling/ SEOs / Keyword Explosion or will it contribute to answer the following:

Will Welding-in a Magnaflow 12589 in lieu of the stock muffler give you the perfect balance of Nice tone/Drone free at idle/Cruising?
Grab a coffee/read below.

~~Why?~~

We went from a terrible VW Routan to a 15 Suburban. Felt like the upgrade of the century. I got it perfectly dialed in how I wanted it look wise, still It sounded as quiet as a Town Car.
So After posting here and there on this forum I came to the conclusion that I needed the following:
A Magnaflow 12589
A Corsa looking exhaust tip
A good exhaust shop.
The hope was to replicate what the 5,000 Dollars GM Borla Accessory Catback would do:
Nice tone, no drone for under $400

~~What Didn't work~~

I got the Shop to install the muffler in place of the stock piece, and removed the flapper and the resonator.
The sound volume and tone was great for me.
Not so much for Her, She said: "Stop turning my car to a Bro Truck. Go buy your own truck and stop messing with mine. That exhaust tip looks Ghetto Fabulous"
Left the exhaust Sans Resonator and flapper for a couple days.
Then I actually agreed: there was minimal but Present DRONE at any cruising speed and too much volume at W.O.T.
Remember, I was looking for something OEM plus. Don't go reply about how yours running a 14" Magnaflow on Long tubes is totally civilized.

~~What did Work~~

Went Back to the Exhaust Shop and ask them to put resonator/flapper back on.
and then:
Victory/Hooray.
The exhaust tone and volume perfectly match the sound coming from the engine bay where I put a Air Raid Junior Intake Tube and drop in filter (removing the suitcase intake muffler restrictor box thingy)

I 100% achieved my goal of wanting 0, and I mean 0 drone. Matching the decibel volume from the intake tube/ engine now to the back with the exhaust.

PICTURES AND VIDEOS COMING AFTER SECOND CUP OF COFFEE< HANG IN THERE

~~ Conclusion~~

Now, It is amazing that this Suburban is pretty much as customizable as a Harley is. I got it perfectly and subtly modded to what I always dream my Suburban would look/drive and Feel. Thanks to this forums for providing me with so much inspiration.

~~Recipe~~

“Sounds” great, but we have no pictures, or video!?! Didn’t happen. It’s a nice dream you had.
