Magnaflow exhaust question.

I have a 1996 Tahoe, with dual cat/dual inlet muffler. I acquired a Magnaflow exhaust kit, meant for a single cat/single inlet muffler. Can I just get a Y pipe from the cat to the muffler and run this kit, or will i need another. Here is a link with the one I have and the one I need.

Will not look right nor be tuned correctly but it will work.
