Sorry to be a little repetative, i just want to fit 35'S for cheapest, i have aftermarket torsion 2" keys, are ford keys better?, will they give me more lift? how about the rear is 1" spacer enough or do i need a 2" to fit 35'S...also i heard shocks might help lift too? i just have stock shocks..which shocks would you recommend for my lift and 35's? im trying to keep a good ride still my 33's right now with 2" lift still rides very smooth, please help me figure this out...also if ford keys WILL give me more lift than my 2" torsion keys where would i get them and what ford truck are they for?

Honestly all your going to fit with the keys and spacers is 33's. I would go ahead and invest in a body lift and then you will easily be able to fit 35's. The Ford keys can give you a little more lift but not much more then abput .5 of an inch over what you have now.

You wont get anymore lift with the ford keys. They are just cheaper. Some guys have found though that longer bolts do provide some extra lift if they have sagging torsion bars. You "can" fit a small 35 if your running stock rims. Other then that 33s are the best bet

i have 16x8 American Racing rims with my nitto terra grappler 265/75/16 right now, thanks for your help guys , ill go ahead and get the 3" suspension lift to add to my keys and spacers, CANT WAIT! im hoping with the 2 lifts i can put some 305/75/16 on, i was looking at pro comp Xterrains, they are very nice , anyone have opinions on these tires, or which shocks to use with the 3" body lift and spacers and keys? also do i need some kind of wheel spacers to fit the 305/75's? please help me guys , you are so smart, BTW "aqionosteven", i love your tahoe, it looks alot like mine, no flashy chrome or altezzas, hehe, mine is a 2002 charcoal grey LS, hopefully i can have pics soon too, its pretty basic, but thats how i like it, ttyl

Thanks man,

For shocks you want to go with the Bistein 5100s. They are great for the price and look good to. Offroad warehouse has them. Give them a call and tell them how much sus. lift you got. Tire wise, I have the toyos and my rears are gone after 1 year less then 20,000 on them. Im goin with the pro comps too. Cant beat the warrenty. You wont need wheel spacers to fit the tires but you will need to flip the top shock bolt so the tire doesnt rub on it.

Heres what your truck should look like

Yup, like he said, Bilsteins are one of the best shocks out there. As far as those Pro-Comp tires. They do make a good tire, But if they are not balanced correctly and rotated every 3,000 miles then they destroy themselves. I have a friend with as Toyota Tundra that has a set of 33" Pro-Comps. He felt a vibration and the wheels were out of balance which cause themselves to eat away and scallop the tread.
