This system looks very appealing for my 2007 Tahoe. I like that it's T304 SS, 3" piping, lifetime warranty.
Anyboby have this exhaust and what is your opinion on sound, construction and fitment?

I'll let you guys know how it works out and probably post some pics and maybe a video as well.

Well I'm pretty pissed. Took the exhaust to a local muffler shop and I must have received an incorrect pipe because it wouldn't line up properly. Contacted MBRP and we'll see what they say.
If I decide to just return and be done with this brand how do you guys feel about Gibson?

It's been proven that there are not much gains from a full catback on these trucks - just replace the muffler with your favorite brand of low restriction muffler and be done with it

I had an MBRP catback on my Challenger and loved it. Wouldn't go that route with the Tahoe---would just replace the muffler and call it done, and only for sound.

Update:
This whole exhaust not fitting thing has been bothering me. I received the correct kit and it's from a reputable company. How is this thing not fitting? There's no way..
So yesterday evening on a whim my wife and I decided to attempt the install again in our driveway. Well what do you know, it went together perfectly fine. It seems the problem all along was an INCOMPETENT muffler shop!
I'm going over there today to have a chat with the owner and ask for at least a partial refund which I think would be the fair and ethical thing for them to do. Not my fault that you guys (who are supposedly experts and do this every day for a living) couldn't seem to handle a simple aftermarket bolt-on exhaust system.
Anyway, fitment and materials quality are good and I really like the way it sounds. Took a few quick pics for you guys.

Just got back from the muffler shop. I explained the situation to the owner and he was actually pretty rude. He scoffed that the pipes must be all misaligned and out of whack if we got it to go together. I told him that is not the case at all, fitment is perfect and he is more than welcome to put the truck on the lift and have a look. He then pulled a *** of money from his pocket, peeled off 3 $20 bills, threw them on the counter and walked away.
I bid him a good day and walked out.
I was actually only going to ask for a partial refund, which I thought was fair, but with the attitude I received I decided to take the full amount. See ya!

Glad that you got it sorted out and are enjoying the system now that it's fitted properly.

Post up a video for the exhaust sound.

Yes, video of cold start, some revs, and driving inside and outside if you can

Glad it all worked out.
