Ah I forgot to mention I drive 4x4 thanks for the help. Will pm tomorrow.

Mines already trimmed its just a ***** to tighten with out the ability to hold it still.

Usually you can extend or compress the suspension to kind of get the balljoint stud in a bind and tighten it with an impact.

Mines already trimmed its just a ***** to tighten with out the ability to hold it still.

The trick to this is use wd40 or equivalent to get it threaded as much as possible by hand while re-assembling and then put everything back together, put the wheel on, lower the jack and cut the wheel all the way to one side and this binds the upper ball joint enough to easily tighten the nut without having it spin. :happy107: there is no way you are getting an impact on that nut with the front axle in the way
