Media not supported?

I have a 13 Denali. I have been using my iphone 13 pro by plugging it in the console usb. It works and sounds great. However when I try to use my wife's iPhone (same model and iOS version) it says media not supported. Any help appreciated.

So, is your media the same format on both devices? If so, then, check her device when connected to see if CarPlay list in settings has your Denali as well as checking the Denali to see if her device is listed in CarPlay devices.
