So recently after I shutdown the yuk, take my keys and leave I notice that when I come back a half hour or so later the display that gives you notifications, displays your odometer, tells your oil life, etc... Is lit up solid green and stays on until I start it. I've tried to turn it off when the truck isn't started by hitting the button on the steering wheel, no dice. Just wondering if anyone has had this issues and what causes it/ how to get it to stop. I would imagine that it will run the battery dead over night. I've just been unhooking the negative on the battery at night.

The instrument clusters in our rigs have a known issue with soldering. You probably need to get a rebuilt one. I used this guy: http://www.fixmygauges.com/
I was very happy with his service. You pay for a rebuilt cluster and a core charge and he ships it with mileage programmed, then you return the core for a refund. No down time. I got a refund on the one I bought from him because I decided I liked the looks of my original one better ( there was nothing wrong with mine, I was just going for the Escalade look) so I imagine if you get the new one and it doesn't fix the problem you can also get a full refund.
