Middle row seat sub box

Does anyone have or the ability to pass the plans for a down-firing sub box for 1 10 or 12 sub that will fit under the middle seats or a down firing box that will fit behind the third row seat?

been looking at one of these for my '02 yukon. Fits under the drivers side middle bench, not sure if this what youre looking for....

everything I've read, has said that it fits perfectly underneath allowing the seat to fold down flush as if it was never there. Or have you had direct experience?
