If if needs the work, offer 1200, change the thermostat, fan clutch, cap and rotor and motor oil. Run some sea foam through the intake to clean the top end change the plugs. 189 k, I'm sure the trans has been rebuilt. Check the color of the fluid and go from there. If its leaking from the cap, get a new one...
