Got my alignment on Tuesday and drove home.. fine.. drive around.. fine.
Then the next morning I turn around in my street, left turn, minor scrap on the fender liner, then reverse and right turn and I hear a clunk near the right front wheel

that clunk only happens on right turns where I have to turn the wheel a lot

come to a stoplight and there is a clunk in the front of the car near the engine bay.. let off the brake and it feels like they are sticking to the rotors then when I go they have to "break" free which makes another kind of clunking noise

and every once in a while going from dead stop up until 10 mph there will be a clunk in the rear like something is falling off of my car.. sounds like suspension and at the same time sounds like transmission like its not shifting correctly

all these weirds noises have me worried because I can't seem to track them to anything

I can bet clunk number one description is one of your hubs going bad, normally its the hub side opposite the area that needs to be turned to make the noise (Basically if you turn left and hear a clunk, then its the right hub).
The second clunk could also be a result of the hub being pretty messed up.
Clunk number three could be caused from a slack in the driveline, my Tahoes and many of the 07 had clunks coming from stop signs, and approaching them. Took it in, and they told me what I just told you and fixed it under warranty.

and what about fixing the driveline?

all this happened after I got it aligned could I take it back and tell them and make them fix it? I have a 30 day warranty on my alignment

If it started happening only after the alighnment, take it back to the shop and have them go over there work. It maybe possible that they left the c-arm bolts loose from when they adjusted the camber. Remember that the noises can travel through the frame, so a noise that you think is coming from the rear could possibly be coming from the front.

Also, modded said something about the wheel bearing being bad. Do you ever get a "growl" type noise when driving, and does it get louder when you turn? This would indicate a bad wheel bearing. Jack up the front end of the car and grab the top of the tire with one hand and the bottom with the other. Now move the tire back and forth and feel for play. If there is some play, it more than likely is wheel bearings. Also take a look at the ball joints. When was the last time you greased the fittings on the suspension?

no real growl when I drive.. I have noticed more whine I guess you could say from the tread of the tires..

I will do that though

I greased the fittings when I put in my drop shocks

I figured out it ciunks the most when I put it in reverse and just let it roll back, no foot on the gas, then I press the brake and it clunks near the rear differential, or thats where it sounds like its coming from

Could easily be the driveshaft U-joint going out, which is non-alignment related?
When this happens people seem to get drive line clunk, you can always grab the shaft and try wobbling it to test for play and listening for clunks. Either or the two means a ew u-joint will be needed.
