Misfire #7 cylinder

2007 Chevy Tahoe misfire #7 and throttle position sensor came up on obd2. Engine runs slugish and makes the shifting hard what can it be. I changed spark plugs and wires. But problem is still there, I did notice on spark plug #7 it was wet dark like oil smelled like fuel. Please help!

Definitely check the coil. An easy way is to buy a cheap tester that has an adjustable gap and a cam on one end. Just plug your spark plug wire into the other and set the gap to about 1/4 inch. If it can't jump that gap, toss it.
