Maybe it’s something with the extended idle times. The only LS cylinder head issues I’m aware of are the cracking Castec heads on the older trucks and valve guide wear on the LS7. I didn’t really find anything about this on a quick Google search.

I also searched and didn't find much on this issue. But I guess as these heads are getting older and more miles on them, this issue is starting to rear it's ugly head, lol
