My ‘08 Tahoe has a ticking noise coming from under the hood. Noise gets louder when stepping on the gas pedal. What’s everyone’s take? Is it something I should be worried about??

Typically these ticking noises are a lifter noise or a broken exhaust manifold attaching bolt allowing the exhaust pressure out causing that noise. But yes, as @Sam Harris said, the video/audio link helps a bunch.
