the pcm is easy. If you get with lextech he will set you up with the 0411 pcm, starter tune and the wiring diagram or pm me and I will send you his email address. The injectors take about 4 to 8 hours depending on your skills and help you can get. mine took me about 10 but I did the intake gaskets at the same time.
