Did you cut or roll the fenders behind the flares for tire clearance?

Fenders are both cut out (upper section of wheel well) and rolled out to clear the upward travel.

This is the first ever trans-model amalgamation I've ever seen that I thought looked good. I like it!

Every other I've ever seen looks extremely obvious, like when people convert their garage into another room.

While this isn't finished, it is at a stage where I can and will drive it for a while. This started as a project that I had never seen done, though as I progressed through the work, people started telling me and sending me pictures of others that had done this... No worries, it's still rare enough that I'm happy with it.

This started as a Z71 Tahoe, but as you can see, it's a conglomerate of random GM SUVs and trucks now. It's going through a terrible identity crisis in order to resemble a midsize SUV, of all things.

Up front, the details of what needs adjusted because I love pointing out the flaws so it's not a dissapointment if you actually see this in person. lol

- paint correction is needed, terribly. But that can be a constant state of progress.
- upper grille needs to be extended out to line up with the headlights.
- lower valance needs to be bedlined and painted.
- side skirts need to be refinished. Installed bedliner on them and do not like the style
- roof is the same as the side skirts. Plan to give it a textured but painted look since I use this thing like a truck and haul shit up there as well.
- wheels will eventually be replaced with something wider and much, much more lip. And silver, they will be silver.

There are also a lot of details that bother me, but I won't point those out because they are minor compared to the entire vision here. But, here are the photos.

I've got a never-ending conglomeration myself in a 2007 Tahoe. It also has swaps galore from many makes and models. Poor gal is in the shop getting some much needed TLC and maintenance. I wanted to tell you how much I like this build. It looks modern versus dated. I really was thrown for asec trying to rectify what I knew was a bit older, but not looking like it at the same time. Great work, keep going!

Appreciations. I learned early that the small details are what really bring something together. I've still got to do some work on the grille to make it seamless to my eyes. Basically make it so all the parts look like they belong together.

again, appreciations. I always take an OEM+ approach. Basically a very recognizable model (since that's what my paychecks can afford lol) with twists that either cause a double take because its slightly off or it's not even noticed since they aren't paying attention.

I keep forgetting to ask about the rocker covers. I like the shaved running boards, but are those custom made rocker covers? Or did you buy and further modify something?

@SRQYukon These were built from a set of vinyl rain gutters I found at Lowes or Home Depot. I heat them up and shaped them into an L, then cut and plastic welded them to the Z71 skirts. Bedliner and paint, along with a little filler was the final touch.
