BLUF: Lane Keep assist, intellibeam(High Beam Auto), Blind Spot Warning all stopped working
Story....
Last week I noticed my LKA light was coming on when starting the truck but no longer working when texting and driving
.... ie leaving the lane and butt vibration/dash LKA coming on.... So I cycled the button and while it was lit, it did nothing to fix the issue.
I read somewhere on here that it was coupled with the auto high beam so I checked that too. Its not working anymore either. I have the green high beam light, but I have to manually cycle the high beams. The auto function will not work.
Last night.... I was almost home from a trip down to MCAS New River (about a 3 hour drive) and right before getting home, I got a message that the side warning was temp unavailable. It has not worked since. I drove the truck twice today and while I don't get the message, the mirror no longer tells me I'm about to hit something in my blind spot.
Misc.....
I had the Range Tech AFM delete in my OBD port.... while I think I have two separate issues, I did get a CEL last week and the following codes: P0700, P0101, P0100
The truck when put into gear acted like it was in 3rd or 4th.... while it moved when accelerated, it was definitely not right. I turned the truck off and got gas since it happened at the pumps.... When I restarted it was fine and hasn't happened since. I cleared the codes and they haven't returned.
WTF! I know I will need to probably go to the stealership..... but in the mean time I'm going to check the hepatic motors. I looked at the camera behind the rear view mirror and it was plugged in. I need to find out if all these features are tied to one cannon plug or maybe a central processor. No way the electronic part isn't related....
Sorry for the novel...I'll keep updating as I find out more and if anyone has any ideas, please kick the can for me.
